My yoga journey began years ago in college when I decided to take a class for fun. While I enjoyed the stretching aspect of the practice, I had no idea what else the practice had to offer. That was until I took my first Vinyasa class many years later. The class was challenging, sweaty, and left me wanting more. Over time I began to crave the connection of mind, body, and spirit. Practicing yoga gives me the oppurtunity to steady myself in a fast paced world.

I teach my classes from a place of grounding and mindfulness. I offer modifications to allow my students the opportunity to take what they need- whether that be more of a challenge or slowing it all down.

When I'm not practicing yoga, my time is spent raising my two little loves- a 2yo son and 4yo daughter. We spend the majority of our time being outdoors and exploring the world around us. I look forward to seeing you on the mat!
